For the production of a galvanic bath, a steel tank is usually used, which is provided with a kind of rubber lining on the inside. A major disadvantage is the potential leakages that can occur in the lining due to the tearing of these linings. Repair is often no longer possible, and this covering must be wholly or partly disposed of as chemical waste. 

An alternative to these linings is a suitable titanium lining as a tank lining. This creates a double wall, which is realized by these metal cladding, and which contributes to optimal protection of the environment.

The double wall can even be fitted with a leak detection system, which allows a quick response to any malfunctions or possible leaks.

Titanium linings are prepared in our workshop and finished on location at the customer.
