Beim kathodischen Korrosionsschutz (KB) wird das Objekt durch Potentialabbau vor Korrosion gesch\u00fctzt.<\/span>Durch Absenken des Potentials wird die Anodenreaktion so stark verlangsamt, dass sie praktisch vernachl\u00e4ssigbar ist.\u00a0<\/span>Das zu sch\u00fctzende Objekt wird dadurch zur Kathode. <\/span><\/p>\n

Bekannte Beispiele f\u00fcr Produkte und Objekte, die auf diese Weise gesch\u00fctzt werden, sind Rohrleitungen und Betonbaubr\u00fccken.<\/span> Aber auch im Offshore-Bau kommen KB-Anoden zum Einsatz. <\/span><\/p>\n

Seeschiffe hingegen sind oft mit Opferanoden, meist Zinkbl\u00f6cken \/ -scheiben, ausgestattet. ME-Metals & Technologies liefert f\u00fcr beide Systeme die entsprechenden Anoden. <\/span><\/p>\n
